This summer National Geographic had a team of researchers studying the underwater volcano Karachi in near the Solomon Islands in the South Pacific. They were quite surprised at what they found inside the ACTIVE volcano.
SHARKS!!!! National Geographic relaxed footage of sharks swimming inside the crater in between eruptions. And if the sea creatures do have a way to avoid eruptions, perhaps we should install aquariums near all of our volcanoes to help us predict eruptions. (yes…that is a joke. No… Not a good one, sorry)
